Razer Mouse SE (SN method)

So I've been contacting razer about a viper ultimate mouse, with warranty and serial number, proof of purchase etc, but I don't own the mouse.
All was going well until they sent me this message:

Before we proceed on the replacement of your Razer Viper Ultimate kindly provide the following needed information.

The photo of the device showing the Serial Number together with the Hand-Written Case number.

Once you provide us the information above, we will proceed accordingly.

Unless I can SE the ebay seller (where I got the SN + pop), How do you think I should go about this? Is it just lost or could I photoshop something up?

I realize that.

Get an Image of the device off the net, and Photoshop It with the details as requested. That's the point of Photoshopping - to create an authentic-looking Image with or without the device on hand.

I see, I don't think I have the photoshop skills to do that lol, not sure what exactly I'd even do. I sent a pic of the mouse^ might show you my problem

The Image must contain/display the content stated In their request.

Those who're proficient In Photoshop, can replicate the original with Incredible ease.
