So i have managed to approve a razer mouse RMA using S/N method in only 2 days.
However, i was hoping to get a POD request so i could manipulate it easily.
How can i go about this? They offered POD on a more expensive mouse before but are asking for a return on a cheaper one. Is the SE dead?

For context i used s/n method and edited it onto the product when they asked for photos.
I also had to take a note next to the product with some details they requested.

You mag give a try to box them as it is probably a light mouse, have you tried this method before?

I was going to do that but i properly read their email and they said they can only send out replacements upon receiving defective units. Boxing won't work they made it clear in their RMA email "We cannot guarantee that the item/s will be returned and will not be viable for compensation."

I made an excuse i will have to wait on their reply.
