Congrats.

Although the ownership Is under one entity, they'd operate Independently.
Cool I'm going to go around a few of the designer comanys and hammer them all for a set. Such as Oakley, Tom Ford, Ralph loren ect ect.
I will stick up a list that the eb methods have worked for once I have a nice pile

I'll probably join you soon in your endeavour, I wish to collect quite a wide variety of different sunglasses to fit my needs while not hitting the exact same company over and over.

At the time of this post, there'd be minimal complications with Ray-Ban.

Back to the main subject, I'd say go for it. The box being thrown over a gate doesn't mean somebody couldn't have well pulled it through the bars and gone away with it.
I waited a day thinking I'd go with DNA, but I spotted the following on the Ray-Ban website:
We highly recommend you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. Ray-Ban cannot be held responsible for lost or damage packages.
This is a little bit ambiguous, since they might still be the ones dealing with the courier, but I decided to err on the side of caution and send a message about my EB (or empty leather case) on Friday.
Saturday, silence.
Sunday, a favourable-looking response with a Chinese header and a +8 timezone. Singapore, maybe.

You have no idea about how that could've happened: the only thing you know is those sunglasses were meant to be a gift, and now you won't be able to do that.
Thus there's no point in a replacement, the only valid solution being a full refund.
Received the package today. I tried contacting them using contact us button in email and informed of no sunglasses in box, but didn’t receive any confirmation of claim request. Will wait 1 day and try to contact them again.
