Recently did an EB with the Ray-Ban smart glasses and after a 3 week "investigation", they say that the carrier has delivered the package. Any advice?

Did you claim MEB or EB? Either way, you weren't disputing a delivery of a package, you were disputing what was inside the package.

It is hard to fail with rayban but like I see it is possible. I think they think that you did not receive your package at all. Push them. They are easy.

EB has nothing to do with DNA lol... Did you claify to them thaat the package was recieved but item was missing from container? MY experience with oakley was fine

They denied my claim as well. Did you have any luck getting this refunded?

Has anyone done this with sunglasses with prescription lenses?

If you did DNA then it most likely won't work. It was a lot of back and forth and they are not always available to contact.
Update: I've got this escalated to their refund team to look closer into the situation. It seems Rayban is getting harder even for MEB.

Nah PEB just said sunglasses was missing, done same for sunglasshut n worked fine, meta raybans only weigh like 48g as well

How'd they word their denial? If it's anything like OP's, then they've misunderstood what you're claiming and you should follow up. If they haven't already asked for a photo of the empty box, I'd send one along with your follow up message.
