Yes tell them you received everything except the sunglasses themselves.
This way they cannot spot a weight difference when crosschecking weights in the delivery process.

Yes this is exactly how to process with them. Keep everything as they can ask your for pictures of the empty boxes.
Please let us know how it goes

^ This.
The EB has a very high success rate against Ray-Ban using that approach.

For example , If I order Rayban stories which has a full packaging with plastic and box , do I say that I opened the packaging ( charging case ) and the glasses weren't there or I simply say that when I opened the delivery box nothing was in there ( no charging case , no glasses , everything ) ? The Rayban Stories weight 49 Grams ( just the glasses) so with charging case and everythng that comes with it , it should be 150 Grams I think.

150 grams Is pushing the EB/missing Item method to Its absolute limit, hence the weight may be detected.
You're best to say that the Ray-Ban Stories Itself was missing - at 49 grams they're perfectly suited.

As far as I know, Ray Ban Stories are quite heavy when taking the charging case into consideration. You might claim PEB on the sunglasses themselves, but they'd become pretty useless without their charging case and I haven't happened to see any sold separately online (if one loses or damages a legitimately owned case, he's told to claim warranty - something you couldn't do).

Yeah, some people have succeeded in that.

Everything I post here is fictional. Anything mentioned on my posts that corresponds to events that happened in real life is coincidental.
