The flares look out of place and the text takes to much attention. The render is also, more or less, pointless as you can barely see it. The background is also boring, which is kinda sad, because it looks like a decent concept. I rated it and as a number rate I would have given it 2/10.

How come you ask for feedback, once someone gives you constructive feedback, you either reply an argument back to them or you ask them not to give you feedback..?

Text wize it is very boring. You've added a plain blue color, you could've added some effects to the text. The border glow you have used is nothing special either. The text goes over most of the render so again not good.
Just in for 3/10.

Also you need to learn to take feedback whether it's good or not because it's the thing that helps you improve.

I am very open-minded to comments. I just don't want feedback from someone that I don't respect or want feedback from. I respect your opinion and will take in to suggestion your comment.
