FUD? Come on, can you tell me the difference between, Undetectable and Fully Undetectable, because I would very much like to know so?
And the reason for, why you won't find a RAT which doesn't get detected by AV's, is that to keep such RAT's from being detected, you have to keep it under the radar. As soon as you release it to the public, the AV companies will patch it and the work is ruined.
It's actually not that hard to make malware, at least not the simple ones. As stated above, Malware should be kept to native languages. C/C++ and ASM might be the best bid's. The ones written in .NET are limited to a specific platform, the jRat requires Java to be installed etc. It's basically not a good idea to write malware within certain frameworks.
