Just ordered a pair of Running shoes for 50 bucks.

How did you receive your refund? I’m curious because they state “Please note that refund by cash is only available for customers who have a personal b.ank account under their name in Japan.” So is the only option revcieving Rakuten super points?

I emailed them, they say sorry what would you like your form of payment in, I say it and 1 hour later I got refunded in Rakuten points since Its what I asked for.
