I heard the news about rtx4090 having a major problem with the power cables so i decided to use it as a excuse to why i disposed my card. I know nothing about gpus so my question is: Do i have to contact nvidia themselves or who to process with the refund?

you might also just buy legitly, take a photo of the proof of purchase, use it to make refund and in the mean time return it to the store
