Hello, my cute fellow Code Community Members!

I made a tool for those who are into developing runescape private servers.

This tool aids you in creating simple commands. It's nothing to advanced, but if people want, I'll try my best to develop it further.

If you know how to use the command line you can setup a server.
The .bat file only runs a Java command with arguments.
