yeah I'm pretty sure they are, from what I've researched it says they just do an investigation and will reship/refund. I was just hoping someone had experience with it

Very easy, got $200 shoes. No questions asked. Gave the standard DNA excuse. Immediately offered a replacement, countered with refund request and fulfilled right away. 4 messages total sent by me including saying thanks lol
