My question is if I want to sign up for a facebook account via rdp. Does facebook recognize that i am from rdp server?

He recognizes the remote computer, not yours.

Yes.

The server that establishes the connection, Is the entry point to FB.

it can recognize (by fingerprints and some hardware id's) that you login from cloud or virtual server, if you do
you can check some fingerprints at services like https://f.vision
i'am not sure that fb can do this detection but as they have advertisement program and some features like pro accounts and payments they should have some antifraud systems. imho

If configured correctly, It will grab the GUIDs of the hardware components and formulate a profile that ultimately Identifies the device and/or service. Also, given the fingerprint Is stored server-side, there's very little you can do from a client-side standpoint to prevent Identification & tracking.
