Just a quick tip, but with many smaller, cheaper products (< $30 or so), the manufacturer will just send you out a new one if you have a problem, no questions asked. Maybe your order from Walmart was missing pieces or one of the pieces was broken. Just go to the manufacturer's website and send them an email explaining what happened. Products like office supplies work well for this. Along with making the most of your product's warranty, definitely leverage this for products you already buy. Worst they will say is no and it saves your ecommerce accounts from another return or DNA. You can also do this for food products and they'll likely send you a coupon in the mail.

Also, products with "money-back guarantees" can be good, especially products that cannot be sold again after being returned like worn clothes, food, supplements, etc. Make sure you read the fine print though. Some Koss headphones have a "Lifetime warranty" but you have to pay to ship the product back, and pay a repair fee that goes up every year, which has gotten to the point where it's barely worth it for a pair of $40 headphones.

I have only ever used Receiptmansion and gets the job done I use amazon pdf not sure if they are the same outside of the uk.

I tried Corsair and they told me that they needed it in PDF file format and they needed the original file

2. Use this website below to convert to pdf:

Also they ask for returns unless you choose advanced exchange, but this costs money but I remember they let me go through with it without paying. You have to use a drop to do that otherwise box i guess.
