Can you still get a rebill if you haven’t closed your card but you’ve locked it?

I can lock my cards through my bank app. It basically just doesn’t allow any transactions, but your card isn’t cancelled so you can unlock it whenever you want.

A locked card only applies to new charges - they will be declined.

One example Is with advanced replacements.

If you don't return the defective unit, the company has every right to rebill your account.

If you want more control you can always associate your card to a virtual one and limit spending (Check Monetizing section).

If you want to test Paypal with recursive payments or rebills on each month check the app that i developed a few years ago.

Download:
https://ddownload.com/mz7yy0p6ri5o/PayPa...siness.rar
https://nitro.download/view/FEDE047D4E0F...siness.rar

It will generate a link and once confirmed on your paypal account it will charge each month the amount you approved.
