Hello, I would like to EB computer components on several computer resale sites.

I would like to EB a M2 SSD (34 grams), a CPU (46 grams) and two RAM bars (2x40 grams).

I have 3 questions:

- 1: does the empty box method work with all resellers (as long as the product has not been packaged by the reseller) and this even with a new account?

- 2: then concerning the CPU I would have preferred EB another more expensive one but I searched everywhere on the internet and it seems that the weight of the product includes a small decorative box around it. This makes the weight of the CPU more than 300 grams which makes it technically ineligible for the empty box method... But a CPU never weighs that much and its weight is always around 40-60 grams. Do you think that despite the fact that this information is nowhere to be found on the internet it is possible to still use the EB method?

- 3: Finally, do you think it is possible to EB the two RAM sticks since they are two separate objects?

Thank you very much for your answers

1) even though the method has a high success rate in general, there's no telling how a reseller behaves. Some, like Amazon, have begun treating EB as DNA and ask for PR even though no crime has been committed whatsoever; Samsung claims it can be 100% sure their goods were packaged and shipped properly...

2) the CPU itself weighs less than 100 grams, the decorative box around it actually helps you in performing the SE because it hides the CPU from sight.

3) it totally is

I can tell you it all depends by the box they use as well. I did an SSD and it went perfect because could not be seen from the outside, while some ram came into clear plastic that could have been seen from everywhere. For the CPU some come in a box where it can be seen from the outside..
Basically it really depends on many factors, and everything can be understood with a bit of research before the SE. Hope this helps

1: does the empty box method work with all resellers (as long as the product has not been packaged by the reseller) and this even with a new account?

Impossible to speak for each and every seller.

In terms of the account, give It some credibility by making a legit purchase prior to the SE.

300 grams Is the shipping/gross weight. The CPU Is well under the 120 gram bracket.

Be sure It cannot be viewed externally without opening the box.

3: Finally, do you think it is possible to EB the two RAM sticks since they are two separate objects?

It's best to partial It.

There's a greater chance of a picking & packing error when multiple Items have been ordered.

Thanks for the answer, no product can be viewed from the outside of the box so it will be fine i think

1. I thought about it for a bit and I assembled a pc via different resellers in 2014 on my dad's account (I was too young to own one xD) so if I get it back and change the information I will have an account with a pretty solid history. Do you think 8 year old legit orders are credible enough or should I make a new one?

2. yes, everything is good, you can't see the processor from outside the box

3. I'm sorry but I'm still relatively new in this field. What do you mean by partial?

Thanks for your answers

[mothered]

yes, everything is good, you can't see the processor from outside the box

Then the EB Is good to go.

What do you mean by partial?

Using the partial method.

Okay thanks, i will check your website then

And one last thing what do you think about that ?

Your account has certainly aged well, but there's a huge gap with the last order.

To play It safe, purchase something of any value prior to the SE.

okay thanks i will do that then.

One last question :
I can't SE on my amazon account anymore. But I was going to do an EB on my German account and a partial on my Spanish account. Can you confirm that amazon.de and amazon.es dont have access to the details of my French account (except for the transaction list)?
