I heard a rumor twice this week about amazon.de which would have changed internal policy regard how handling SEs, such as DNAs, weird suspicious return etc, starting opening investigations and indeed suing people more frequently.
I did an SE two weeks ago and everything went smoothly.
Anyone else heard these rumors too?

A compatriot who "work" as a SEr.
And on a discord server that offer Refunds services.
I don't trust neither of them unless I have other acknowledges about this matter.

Exactly this ^
Other sources must also be reputable, whereby the details are predominantly conclusive. Amazon has been getting ripped for years, so It wouldn't surprise me If they've finally realized what's been happening.
