[Q] HTC Store

Has anyone tried to mess with HTC company? I ordered something from their store in the HTC Vive section that wasnt a VR headset but the trackers. I was wondering if I can refund these items without sending them back

I boxed them a couple of weeks ago. Said I had a broken VR headset. I boxed with an empty box. In their latest reply they said that repairs are taken longer than expected.

very necro but any advance on this? looking to do the same thing, small parcel, 3 hand sized boxes inside, using parcelforce
