just forget about them, they are really restrictive. When they send you label to refund your items you can find "Misuse or attempted fraud using this return label will be reported to the police." in email.

Are there any EU/Germany alternatives to Proshop?
E.g. Alternate, Caseking, Otto, Media Markt, Saturn ...?

Im new to SE for anyones information.

All Shops u posted are with police.
Search for other shops. Fnac maybe?

Do you guys think it's safe with a fake name and a drop house ? I mean, even with a real name, the event of a lost package is realistic and can happen. I don't understand why they would directly report you to the police ?

I understand that they will propably file a police report, but I dont understand why people say it will have bad consequeneces.
Most other shops like Amazon file police reports, right?

The monitor was just delivered.
I needed to sign it (DPD) and made a random signature up.

What other options do I have?

but as i mentioned i would just send it back and choose a shop that hasn't been SE'd that often in the past
