I'm looking to get a (preferably virtual) debit or credit card which I can buy or top up with paypal. BTC would be OK also once the fees are quite low. Anyone know if this is possible? I know you can buy on plati.ru but the price is generally quite high with at least a 10% increase on the credit card value.
