If you ever play Manhunt, I can picture you are one of the patients at the asylum yelling about these points non-stop. Jokes aside, nowadays things are happening way too fast at a rate we are no longer able to pay attention to. To the point, we just tuned out.

Like mothered said, it simply doesn't affect people on a personal level to urge them to take action.
