Possible to refund a TV?

I'm wondering if its possible to refund a TV ordered from amazon? Nothing that expensive, within the region of £300 - £400.

If it's doable, could someone with good rep do it for me for a % cut?

SE without buying, but you need serial number and picture of same tv burned out.
