Hello !!

I am currently using TP-LINK  TL-WR841N / TL-WR841ND Router . I want to port Forward using this router . I have tried methods like making static IP then using the virtual server option in the Router's Configuration page . But That does not work at all . Still the open port check tool says port is closed . I want to learn the method of how  to do port Forwarding .

To forward ports you have to use "virtual server" or "forward ports" settings on your router and make sure that your PC firewall is not blocking your ports.
In my case I am behind my ISP's firewall so I can't forward ports, if using "virtual server" option on your router didn't work your ISP may be blocking the ports.

Ive found that some router software particually commercial ones from ISPs arent exactly truthful in thier port forwarding. Some routers will do strange things with connections. If you are up to the task, a custom router firmware might be a better bet.

I was going to suggest the very same regarding the ISP, but you've worded It perfectly. It may not be the case, but It's certainly possible.
