Hello.in november lasy year i did se on airpods from apple (eb), they wanted me to fill out a pr so i did, the case was closed by the police a month later due to the lack of evidence, of course i got my money back. But..
Some time later I did another se on the cpu (peb). I said that inside the package there was no processor, only a user manual and a cooler. I presented the whole situation so that it looked like someone opened the package during transport and stole the cpu. The company wanted me to send them back the package for a complaint and that they are opening an investigation, a few days later I received a reply that the complaint is not accepted because they analyzed the video materials and everything is correct on their part, they also directed to the carrier and received information that they had not found the perpetrator, therefore, they decided to refer the matter to the police for clarification. And this is where my concerns begin. This whole thing started moments after I filled out the police report. Its been 5 months since then. Last day i got a letter from my local police station that want me to come for questioning as a witness. Will they suspect something and connect the cases somehow? Or rather, they won't know about the whole headphone thing, and it's standard procedure? They want me to come in tuesday, and not gona lie im scared as fuck.

There is the rule - do not do SE with polish shops, because they often report it to the police. Anyway, you should use fake name/surname, fake (bought) bank account t/fintech. You did not prepare properly and now you cry. You have to go to the police station as a witness. There are to options - you stand by yours saying that you did not receive an item or you say that you find it somewhere on the house or someone hide it making a joke.

You can state that you forgot about the PR and found the items just a few days after you initially filled the PR. You're a busy man, make up an excuse.

im not sure if i understand correctly, you say that i should go for the questioning and say to police officer that the cpu wasn't inside the package and after few days contact company that i se and tell them that i found the cpu in my house?
