I bought a prodcut from amazon.com but the seller was third party seller so i tried dna method but they told me to file a police report, i live in turkey so Can you give me some advice for further ?

Pay a refunder to fix it or fill out the police report.

A police report Is not admissible In court, and simply part of company protocol to move forward with your claim.
File It and wait for their response.

do you mean the USA version? there is Amazon Japan? What kind of product was it?
My IT skills that I know perfect is SQL, HTML ,css ,wordpress, PHP.
coding skills that I know is Java, JavaScript and C#
