I keep on getting Failed to get game data from servers.

If you botted that's one of the signs of a ban, or if you have sniped or spoofed. It could just be a server issue, but most of the bans happening in this ban wave have had the same sign as you . So its 60/40 either you are banned or its a server issue. Also if it is the former, don't use the ban appeal page. The ban appeal page is their way of saying fuck off.

Fuck! I only used a fucking tool to MASS TRANSFER my pokemons. It viewed IV, fuck me.

Try making a new legit account, and when it asks you for a nickname put in your old nickname, if it lets you then rip.
Also to mass transfer my pokemon and view their IV i used blossoms pokemon go manager and i have had no issues yet.

@Skryptec OK, so you have a ban. But only time will tell if its permanent or not. I recommend just moving on from that account and try log in sometime in the future

Yeah, you've been banned. I was also banned on my OG account. But that's what we get for using the first releases of bots before people have figured out the detection system.
