Correct.

Pickup points have no Impact when EB'ing.

It doesn't get much easier than that, congrats.

Sorry I have a new question.. I hit a DNA last week with ASOS (courier being Post NL).. I’m now in the middle of a DNA with Zalando, delivered by the same service (Post NL).. would this be an issue do you think? The package is supposed to arrive in 2 days time.

Unless suspicion Is raised to the point of a thorough Investigation, you'll be fine.

Is there a way to help prevent this? Maybe I could order a few more things legitimately to help cover myself?

Absolutely.

Also, hitting the DNA on realistic grounds will significantly help minimize suspicion.

Thanks for the help. It is supposed to arrive in a few hours. I will update if I had to sign for it or not etc. (Just realised I won’t be home, hoping that someone else signing for me wont be an issue?)

I assume I should wait a day or two before contacting support as they will probably tell me to wait anyway.

Please describe all events when you receive It.

It won't If they fake sign It.

Contact them the next day and say that you're still waiting for the package to arrive.

Update: Package was delivered while I was at work. Family members were at home but the person who took the package in was not actually a family member. (long story short, he was picking up something that was made for him, my in-laws run a business) and he actually took the package in. Now nobody knows if this customer, of my in-laws, needed to sign for it. I’ve checked my track and trace and all it says is that its delivered. I have the package with me, but I’m unsure if it was signed for or not. My in-laws are not aware either. What would be the best step? I’m considering attempting the DNA anyway and if they claim it was signed for I could say regardless that It was not me or any family members, which is true. If push comes to shove I could eventually claim I later found it somewhere on the property or reached out to the individual who signed for it who then gave me the package at a later date. But for now I’m hoping its not an easy fail. I assume it was not signed for as It usually would say in the confirmation.

If you have any advice I would be glad to hear it Smile

If the person who accepted (and signed) the package Is not directly associated to you and most Importantly, cannot be Identified as an authorized recipient, then the DNA Is good to go.

Understood.. thanks.

According to their website I can only call them or email. I feel like email will not help my case as they say it could take up to 2 days to get a response. Calling is an option but I’ve never called for SE before lol.
