I just refunded 2 pixel 6 pro and is it the same story as apple where there is a high chance of it being blacklisted?

Always a chance of blacklist but if you went with a method that isn't DNA or something similar your probably fine.

It only mean that when the return is delivered, the carrier scan it and you get refunded. Dosn't matter the carrier.
