As per your comment below, you've used the disposed of the faulty Item method and boxing, which obviously means the Item Is non-existent.

Yet they're planning to repair It?

I recently used a combo of the SN + disposed faulty item + boxing methods on them.
Now I'm waiting for that, as it seems the company responsible of fixing said broken devices is treating my RMA as an actual repair (got emails like "we're waiting for pieces in order to repair your device...", lol)
