I recently used a combo of the SN + disposed faulty item + boxing methods on them.
They were pretty stubborn, but in the end gave in and accorded me a replacement.
Now I'm waiting for that, as it seems the company responsible of fixing said broken devices is treating my RMA as an actual repair (got emails like "we're waiting for pieces in order to repair your device...", lol)

I want to use dna but I might use a drop address since I’ve been using dna a lot recently. How would I know the time to go to the address if the tracking number isnt accurate and only gives a rough time (for example: 9-13pm)

The moment you see It's In transit, simply contact the carrier and ask when the package Is due to arrive.

I'd you want a trimmer I'd recommend getting the oneblade from Phillips. You will need an SN and a fake POP and that's it. They will send you a replacement straight away.
