I recently used a combo of the SN + disposed faulty item + boxing methods on them.
They were pretty stubborn, but in the end gave in and accorded me a replacement.
Now I'm waiting for that, as it seems the company responsible of fixing said broken devices is treating my RMA as an actual repair (got emails like "we're waiting for pieces in order to repair your device...", lol)
