I did mine recently and they just offered an advanced replacement. I said the toothbrush wouldn't charge and gave them a receipt along with the sn pictures. I didn't do anything special to try and get offered the advanced replacement, they just straight up offered it. The toothbrush I did was the sonicare 9000 in case it matters. I was also using live chat.
Do you think DNA would be a good way to SE Philips? I am wanting to SE a sonicare toothbrush aswell.

Well id try the method I described first where you go on live chat and say you have a problem with your brush and see if they offer an advanced replacement

I have read over your method, I am in the UK too, if that makes it any easier.
So what I'm supposed to do, is a few hours after recieving, say the tooth brush doesn't charge? Wouldn't it be easier to say it caught fire? Or not?

Thank you for your help also, I have never done this method.
Anything I say and do here is completely fictional.

Did you recieve the item? And did the DNA work?

I didn't buy the toothbrush. I just went on ebay/Facebook and found someone selling one and took their photos of the serial number and used their serial number to start a claim via live chat. I claimed my toothbrush (which I don't own) wouldn't charge. They gave me troubleshooting tips which you pretend you are trying but say nothing is working. If you are lucky, they will offer you an advanced replacement where they will just send you a brush without you having to buy anything or send them anything back.

I received the item and I sent them a message saying I didn't receive it. They told me to contact the shipping company.

I'm gonna try to contact them again just to see if I can pull the DNA off in the end.

If by chance you are in the UK, it's not on the consumer to put in a missing shipment claim or to ask the shipping company where your package is - it's Phillips job to do all that. You can bluntly tell them that it's not your job to chase the shipping company.

Double dip worked. They're sending another replacement. I didn't even bother contacting the shipping carrier, just waited a couple of days and sent them a message confused on what to do lmao.
