I´m currently trying to SE a electric shaver from Philips with battery method, but they insist to return the product. Should I box them or there is any easier way ?
I already tried to send them the denial from the carrier denying the shipping of the damaged batteries, but they persist asking a return for repair.

What's the weight of the shaver?

In that case, how are you supposed to return It?

Did you tell them that?

I told them that I wouldn't be able to return it because the denial of the carrier, they persist to book a hour so the carrier come to my home to collect the defective product.

The driver may notice signs of tampering/Inconsistencies on collection - which will Instantly make you liable.

Opt for another carrier.

what do u mean by tampering/Inconsistencies on collection?
I told them that I can return the product by sending it with a carrier instead of the carrier collecting it at my house because of my busy schedule, but when I showed the denial of shipping they refused and insisted to collect the product.
Should I just try other method? If yes, which? Thank u for ur time sir Smile
