^ Research exactly what deems the above.

It's just them saying that if the product ends up in a non-repairable state and such model is also out-of-stock or no longer in retail
It was for a Sonicare 9000 so i doubt it would end up in such scenario given it's a recent/high end model

I think it's clear on their message, if they have no product to replace they issue a refund
Quote:Also, in case of not available products to replace, our authorized service centers will refund you the whole amount of money you paid according to the proof of purchase.

Yes, that well and truly confirms It.

Tell them you're away on a business trip (or whatever excuse you like) hence you cannot meet their pickup arrangements, but you're more than happy to return It.
Then box them.

Don't think i have to even do that as their initial wish was for me to return it, as i quoted before:
Quote:... so in order to repair your product we are offering a free of charge pick up and return (repair also free). Additionally, the repair can take up to 10 business days. Then, the product will be sent back to you.

I will accept their request and then box them as you suggest

A update

Just received my package today and surprisingly I got the full kit. I thought just the handle got replaced but I received everything!

I will now try to double-dip them. Would this work? if I contact them and tell them that the handle was not in the box but everything else was like the thing with apple would that work?

They should've worded It better.

It states "pickup and return". "Pickup" means exactly that, no need to define It.

As long as your strategy/approach Is different to the Initial one, you'll be fine.
