yep they said wait 30 while we take it up with royal mail. I plan to go throuugh paypal now to speed it up. Do you think I should change my approach with this one an say that it eventually came but I now want to return it as it has come whilst I am on holiday and have bought a new one. With proof of shipping and weight paypal should side with me no?

Yes of course. So If i then changed to the sealed box method with a dummy phone would paypal not believe that i had sent it?

There was no mention of the sealed box method, hence I wasn't aware that you were referring to It.

Had to go down the DNA route with Paypal in the end. They are claiming I need a PDF from royal mail, which I should receive shortly. Is there anyway to contest royal mails decision? As i genuinely didn't sign for the parcel but they say it was scanned in my area.

In terms of the DNA, do note that PayPal tends to side with the seller purely based on tracking marking the package as delivered.

Would it make sense to say ' just came back from holiday and neighbour posted it to me' and then return with sealed box method or would that be silly
