Also Surely simple tracking is enough? Especially with persistence that it didn't arrive? I've read on reddit that alot of single sellers dont want the agro so just settle the refund. Should this not be the same with a company?

So not worth the risk. I am only here one more day. Can I order a new Iphone from a main seller e.g. John Lewis while sorting a return for this package?

Where Can I check that exactly? I have checked the term and conditions and return policy and have no seen it. Would it make sense to hold Royal Mail responsible as the advisor on the phone made it clear that this is their error and should never have happened?

It must be clearly stated In their terms available to the public eye.

The fact that it didnt arrive. I sent across screenshots of the royal mail tracking of how it shouldn't have come that day as they said it will be retained till the next working day aswell as the signature (not mine)
