If i order a Product through Paypal and tell Paypal it did not arrive will they simply refund me or is it a more difficult process e.g. asking for evidence ?

I think this is very difficult.. but I don´t know.. PayPal also asks if you have already contacted the Seller and wants to have described the Case..
Personally I have only Experiences with Vouchers.. and Paypal Refunding..

What is exactly the Item you want to Refund?
And maybe the shop is interesting ..

An individual seller online. This is the same place my brother previously got a refund in the previous post. They are delivering by royal mail but I believe its not even sign for.

Its run by a company - Onbuy . They are A whole company. I say individual seller because they are one seller on a whole market place (On Buy)

It's fine as long as It's not affecting anyone on a personal level.

Good luck with your refund, remember if you gonna do this once or regularly be sure to target companies that can afford to lose money.
