Dry Ice Is very effective, but you need to calculate the time It takes to sublimate during the delivery process.

Referring to your opening post, have you disregarded the wrong Item received?

I may still go with the wrong item received method, i think i would be more effective if i used it with a paypal claim and the dry ice method would be more effective refunding canada goose directly. If the dry ice method were to fail, would it be suspicious if i made a paypal case using the wrong item method? or would they not see the previous dry ice claim?

just looked through the returns policy, DHL are the courier they use, is there a chance the package will not get weighed or do they always get weight? ive had a few returns where im not sure if the package weight was tracked.

Be sure It's a stock Item that's part of the company's Inventory.

Companies keep record of every claim, so If you were to change your method, PayPal will liaise with the company and establish that a different claim was already submitted.

interesting, i think im going to go with the dry ice method, after they see the box it empty, where do they go on from there? would they just issue the refund or would they investigate it? i looked on the DHL site and im not sure if they always weigh the return parcels, would this be a problem?

Given you're planning to use dry Ice, It would most likely lead to an Investigation.

Packages are weighed at the carrier's depot.

my nearest depot is 30 minutes away if i did dhl pickup wouldnt the dry ice lose a lot of its mass before it gets weighed?

You need to calculate the sublimation time against the weight of the dry Ice, Inclusive of atmospheric conditions and storage time.
