Hey,

So my PayPal and ebay accounts keep getting suspended from being linked to others. I previously created stealth accounts and they were linked despite me using new details etc.

This time, I created fresh email, fresh ebay, fresh PayPal, on a fresh IP all with fake info and details. I went to SecondEye Solutions who provided me with a legit decent copy of ID and Utility Bill. Sent this to PayPal and they refused just saying that I am permentaly banned..

Does ANYONE know how to get my account back (has £1100 in and need to wait 180 days) or at least make a proper stealth PayPal. I have read the stealth guide and followed many different tutorials online and I am still failing. Any help or info would be hugely appreciated.

if they permanently banned you. they will find out it is you regardless.

So you're saying that if you're banned then you're banned for life no matter what stealth accounts you use? I find that hard to believe given the amount of people they ban!

So you're saying that if you're banned then you're banned for life no matter what stealth accounts you use? I find that hard to believe given the amount of people they ban!

like I said I made many ebay and paypal accounts in the past and they banned me.

What about device? Sites like paypal ect could be banning you as your browsers fingerprint is the same as the banned one. I'd advise trying to make an account on a phone that's not been used with any banned paypals on mobile data and all the other steps you said

Nope didn't login to PayPal at all on any other devices. Only logged in when I was at work on the original IP

that will not work either. Trust me I did that brunch of times.

You obviously didn't change "every Identifiable detail".

Do just that, and you'll be fine.
