PS4 Refund Amazon Help 12-04-2018, 05:03 AM
#1
Hi guys!
I am planning on refunding a PS4 off of Amazon.com with a basic "it has been 2 days and no sign of my package" excuse. Should I be concerned with the weight of the console if I am technically saying that I never even received the box? And for any experienced users, around what product price-point does Amazon begin to get more cautious?
Thanks!

In my experience when an item/ order that is above £400-500, you start getting reps who suggest starting an investigation. However if your SE method has been carefully planned and executed well, then an investigation can easily be avoided.
In terms of DNA method, the weight of the order does not really mater as you’re saying you never received the order. So contact them and carry out a DNA and get that refund.
Let me know how it goes

Also, if you or a friend of yours have not working or one of the first ps4 (I assume you want to SE PS4 PRO now) you could say they sent you wrong item...and return the old/broken PS4

It went very smoothly mostly because a signature was not required. The carrier dropped off the package, I waited a couple days, called support, and said that I have been home all week and there has been no sign of the package. I am now being processed a refund!!
Thank you all for your help!
