Should I put exactly 1,80 kg (weight of book) of dry ice or can I put 2 kg or a little more of that ?

I'm not saying to put an extra (for example) 1 kg of dry Ice, but rather a small amount that would barely register on consignment, yet just enough to allow for storage/transit time.

The courrier called my mum (I gave his phone number) to know if I will be at home for the 38 books and she told yes of course. Is it always possible to do DNA ? Or we hadn't to answer the call ? I'm lost please!

Furthermore, I wasn't at home during the deliver, the one book is staying at the post office now. Which method can I do for this one ? Or should I get it without refund and do easily a DNA for the next items in process of delivery ?

This is why you don't order 40 books because it gets split up into many orders. Same thing with clothes. You can mitigate it somewhat by picking the fast shipping possible but your better off making multiple smaller orders with like 10 books.
But since you already did it  you can say one package was DNA and the other was damaged or wrong books.
Send back a bunch of books you have laying around and say they sent you the wrong ones.

If all else fails use the method with a 80%+ success rate. The almighty Chargeback my personal favorite.

Your chargeback option is the possible option in bank right ? I bought it with Revolut and don’t know if it will be easy to do a chargeback with them.

It is but banks that are only apps and not a large established bank like say Bank of America or Chase make you fill out a lot of paperwork and don't credit your account back until the chargeback is over which could take as long as 90 days.
That's why I don't use those banks anymore.
Bank of America lets you do a dispute right in their app and it takes 1 minute and only like 5 button presses. No paperwork and no talking to bank reps who start to sound suspicious when you already have 15 open disputes.
I even sometimes dispute with my bank money I deposit in CashApp to buy Bitcoin to convert to Monero to buy substances on the DNM's.
CashApp never responds to disputes.

Thank you @mothered finally, the courrier delivered one box with 12 books yesterday, and informed my mum that he will come today for the 2 last boxes. Do you think that I can say "I've never received all boxes" ? or can I do DNA for the 2 last boxes that I'll receive today ? I blocked his number phone and he can't call anymore now for today.
