I have never done one before so am somewhat apprehensive and also don't understand how it is relevant to my claim considering I said that my package showed no signs of damage. Any suggestions? It's typical of Amazon's brain-dead reps to request a PR that's not relevant to your claim.
The report Is only required for administration purposes, so It's fine to go ahead and file It.
I went to try and file a police report however they refused to do so since I said that the package wasn't damaged and therefore this wasn't a crime and instead was an issue on Amazon's end. Called Amazon explaining what I was told and they said a whole lot of nothing in response. Any ideas for next steps?
