I don't know if this question is appropriate in SE thread, please move it if it isn't.

Which kind of PDF Editor do you use / recommend for some handy-dandy edits?

I usually use adobe acrobat pro (cracked) to edit pdfs but I think there should be a better alternative for this.

Acrobat is more user friendly but Abby Fine reader has a far superior OCR. Thats why its superior to Acrobat even though its slightly harder to use.

Thanks for your feedback.

I use Adobe Acrobat each day, but have yet to try ABBYY FineReader. I shall check It out over the weekend.
