Didn't read into it much, not sure if it's possible.
I'd say when you want a project to work on, cut your tubing and drop in some medical quick disconnects like the ones EKWB uses. Then just buy a prefilled block for your titan and slap that puppy on and connect it up. A 360 rad will definitely have enough wattage dissipation.
