Anime Turned Hollywood Movie? #1
With worldwide distribution of anime increasing, there are some shows that are reaching the attention of Hollywood. For example, Ghost in the Shell.

If you were to pick a show that could be redone in a Hollywood live action, (or a TV drama) what would you pick? Who would you cast for the characters?

I'd love to see Cowboy Bebop done, though I couldn't imagine how they would do the show justice.

Do you mean ghost in the shell? It seemed decent. I never saw the original anime, though.

The best adaptations are normally the ones that require the least CGI, as it tends to age poorly. Samurai Champloo could do well.

I'd have loved to see Bebop with AAA actors/production. Probably Keanu Reeves as Spike, Bruce Willis as Jet. Maybe Eva Green as Faye.

In fairness, I would be more interested in Hollywood adaptations or some other interesting studios, as opposed to Netflix. I do enjoy a lot of Netflix shows, but I don't think they're the right company for this sort of thing.

I want this to become reality so bad...

Speaking of Keanu Reeves. He recently featured in a trailer for a FAN-MADE Star Wars show. What a nice guy.

Marvel has showed the power of comics and Manga is catching up fast with a wide genre and collections. With Manga many great movies could be made.
I would love to see Mobile Suit Gundam as a movie. Cool
