Yeah you gotta be very persistent with them. I'd say call instead of chat. Save yourself some time. Also I went with the mid value one. I'm kinda cheesed because they dropped all their units by $100 in CAD so there's that.

Okay thanks will give it a try, I've bought the 12gb Ram one.. £799!
The same phone in CAD is only £608, in USD its only £592.... what a joke!!
