I just managed to get 250€ Logitech Speakers with basically one email (apart from the automated ones).
Not sure if this is special or difficult or anything but it felt like a personal achievement for me.

I think its important to immediately attach the pop and the sn to your profile and just try to make the experience for the supporter as pleasant as possible and dont hesitate with explanations. Atleast thats what led to my success.

Well done on your success, I agree with making it as easy as possible for the customer service agent. In my experience, what you actually say is not of so much importance. Rather, if you have a SN and POP i.e. fulfilling their requirements, then you will be successful without arousing much suspicion.
