I'm planning to give this a try as well.

Package was delivered to a neighbour. I want to FTID them but haven't had experience with YODEL.

I’m hearing that if it’s yodel you can just do DNA

Alright, I'll give DNA arrive a go and report back with how things went.

It got delivered to a neighbour anyway so that should be an advantage.

I've sent an email, as the Offspring don't have a contact number.

Will report back on their reply.

Hoping for a quick resolution and that they don't launch an investigation.

Sent an email, they responded saying they will launch an investigation with Yodel and it will take 2-3 days.

I'm hoping that doesn't attract a carrier round to my house or the neighbours. I can't imagine Yodel will come back over £190.00 shoes but we will have to wait and see.

I think the investigation will come back saying delivered, so it will be down to offspring whether they refund me for good will.

Okay, latest update seems to be that I have to complete a non receipt of goods from. They sent an email trying to make it sound more ominous than I believe it is.

But yeah, long story short I need to fill in this form and they should offer a refund or replacement.

Waiting for their claims team to send the form and then I will update.

Nice, looks like it will work. Let us know Wink
