I received it an hour ago and it was given without any signature or anything. So from what ive learned from you, they’ve basically dna’d themselves
Did you ever get an outcome?
I contacted them via e mail as i couldnt reach their phone number. I got a response back saying they started a investigation that could take up to 15 days for a solution. After around 5 days i contacted them again and they said they didnt forget about me and are still investigating, so now im just waiting for the 15 days to go by.

Update: DNA Succesfull, it was a pretty simple procces just had to wait the investigation time out and i got my refund. Only thing that bothered me was that an ups driver came to my adress asking questions but i simply replied with straight forward answers.

so to be sure, you just SE’d Farfetch by claiming DNA ?
how long did it take ?
Correct, i cant say this would work everytime, because from what ive seen farfetch should not be liable for lost shippments. Procces took around 14-15 days
