RE: Off-White - kyungchul - 03-21-2023

What do their shipping policies/Terms of Service say? Are they liable for lost/stolen packages? Do shipments require a signature, what is there policy after a package is signed for, etc.?

What item(s) are you looking to SE, and what is the overall value?
These details will all help someone help you.

The item is a pair of 475€ shoes, i have read the liability section but cant get to understand if they are liable or not. This is what is stated:

If they're liable for lost shipments, DNA It.

If they don't have CCTV cameras In place, use the wrong Item received.

I don't have time to sift through It.

Determine whether or not they're liable and we'll take It from there.

i did my best but i dont think they are, luckily i found the product on farfetch and i have seen someone in this forum succeed dna with them in the same country as me.
i read through the delivery section and i think they are liable (depends on country i guess)

Farfetch was definitely not liable for lost shipments a few months ago but as of late, members have been succeeding with the DNA, so perhaps their policy has changed.
