Did you do EB or DNA?

I tried DNA on them last week and it worked flawlessly, money went in later than they said it would, but the refund went in in the end. $300ish

I claimed EB yesterday and this was the email I had gotten today:

How long did it take from order to refund? Did you email them or what? Was the communication elaborate or minimal?

Like I said, it is not officially finished yet as I am still waiting for the refund to come in.
As far as the SE goes, here is a small conversational mirror;
-Hi How are you?
-I had gotten a chance to open my box, but upon further inspection I noticed that the frames werent in the case!
-This is odd, I have never experienced such an error with Oakley, is there anything you can do?
They would probably ask if you want a replacement, but I said that I had ordered a 2nd pair, and that I would just ask for a refund since I am not deciding on the se'd pair.
Or just DNA it.
